At Yaufey, we stand behind the quality of our dehumidifiers and accessories. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the policy details below for more information.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all accessories included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Dehumidifiers that are used for commercial or non-residential purposes are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used filters, water tanks, and certain accessories cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-refundable).
  • Used or washed filters, dehumidifier accessories, and other hygiene-related products.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the return eligibility requirements, follow these steps:
  • Contact Us – Email us at support@yaufey.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Receive Authorization – Our support team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
  • Ship the Item – Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect order.
  • Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
  • Original Payment Method – Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds – If an item is returned not in its original condition or missing parts, only a partial refund may be issued.
  • Shipping Costs – Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same product:
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If the item is unavailable for exchange, a full refund or store credit will be provided.
Cancellations & Order Changes
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for delivery and then request a return.
  • Changes to an order (such as address corrections) must be made before shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
