This Limited Warranty guarantees that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects under normal residential use, providing the support you deserve throughout your product's lifespan.
The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Yaufey.com or authorized retailers and used for their intended residential purpose. Please read the warranty terms and conditions below for full details.
Warranty Coverage
Yaufey’s Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the designated warranty period. This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Yaufey.com or authorized retailers, and used according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
A. What’s Covered?
Yaufey provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and performance failures that occur under normal usage. This includes:
- Material Defects – Issues with components such as plastics, metals, or internal mechanisms affecting product functionality.
- Manufacturing Defects – Defects in assembly or workmanship, including problems with sealing, insulation, or wiring.
- Mechanical Failures – Failure of internal parts such as the motor, fan, or compressor during normal use.
- Electrical Failures – Defects related to electrical components, such as wiring, plugs, or circuitry, affecting operation.
- Finish & Coating – Issues like peeling or discoloration of the outer finish, due to manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies to the following Yaufey product categories:
- Dehumidifiers – Coverage for motor, compressor, and internal mechanisms failure.
- Dehumidifier Accessories – Coverage for malfunctioning or defective parts such as filters, hoses, and drainage systems.
B. What’s Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including any cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect performance.
- Improper use, including exceeding recommended capacity, using the product in an inappropriate environment (such as outdoor use), or failure to follow care instructions.
- Environmental damage, such as damage from extreme weather conditions, excessive humidity, or exposure to corrosive substances.
- Accidental damage, including damage from water, fire, electrical surges, or physical impact.
- Damage due to improper maintenance, such as failure to clean or replace filters, which could lead to reduced performance or failure.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs, including any repairs made by third parties or alterations made to the product.
- Products used in commercial or non-residential environments, including usage in offices, factories, or rental properties.
Warranty Period
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and is valid as follows:
