At Yaufey, we are dedicated to delivering your dehumidifiers and accessories in a safe and timely manner. Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide clarity on our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and important details to ensure your shopping experience is seamless. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Processing & Handling Time
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.
  • After your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Yaufey provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and performance failures that occur under normal usage. This includes:
  • Standard Shipping (Free on Eligible Orders) – Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days (additional charges apply).
  • Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days (additional charges apply)
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on factors like weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Coverage & Restrictions
  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
  • International shipping is not available.
  • For large or oversized items, additional shipping fees may apply based on the delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
If your tracking status hasn’t been updated within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
To ensure successful delivery:
  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • If a delivery is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier before reaching out to us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Yaufey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the item and the packaging, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the claim process.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over [X Amount] within the U.S.
  • Shipping fees for Expedited and Express options are calculated at checkout based on the product's weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
  • During holiday seasons or peak shopping periods, shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
  • Please account for potential delays due to high-volume shipping times during events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
